John played a critical role in the site development management of several Kum and Go Convenience Stores throughout the Midwest. There he managed all aspects of the entitlement and due diligence process, while supervising engineers, architects and vendors on the project from preliminary concepts to completion. He was also instrumental in consulting with key government officials to develop strategy for successful zoning and entitlements approval for existing and future site locations. His creation of the Ground-Up Development Database proved to be valuable in tracking and developing cost effective measures for each project. Mr. Thatcher’s vast project management experience along with his knowledge of database management, is a favorable asset for the CenterPoint team and their clients.
