PROJECT: The Marshdale Athletic Complex was updated to include two full size football fields and installing artificial turf to allow use for longer periods of time due to snow and moisture. Originally budgeted at $2.1M, Greg Toler worked with the District and created a conceptual design that maximized field size and minimized earthwork and rock excavation. The pricing came in at $1.7M allowing the district to reallocate funds to another park that same year.
