
PROJECT: Greg Toler was brought in to assist with moving the renovation project forward after approximately 9 months of delays. The project was designed with minimum focus on the cost of the project. The district’s budget was $1.8M while the first design was priced at $2.5 million. Mr. Toler worked with the Board of Directors and the architect to accomplish the critical items the district wanted in the renovation and re-designed the entry feature to be less costly. The project was re-bid and came in within budget. Mr. Toler reported to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis and completed the project through commissioning, punch list, and warranty period.
