PROJECT: CenterPoint Integrated Solutions completed the relocation of an existing CARQUEST auto parts store from an existing building to a new location in Summit County, Colorado. CenterPoint Integrated Solutions performed the entire due diligence, entitlement, civil engineering design, design and project management, permitting, and construction management for the project.
Through team collaboration and focused scheduling the new CARQUEST facility was fast-tracked through the entitlement, permitting and construction process with the Town of Silverthorne, Summit Co, CDOT, and Lake Dillon Fire-Rescue. This resulted in a 4-month project completion saving $120,000 in costs to the client. The project was managed by CenterPoint President, Greg Toler, and Project Manager, Heath Kennedy
