Centerpoint Integrated Solutions Welcomes Todd Phelps as their new Business Development Manager

CenterPoint Civil Engineering and Project Management Firm hires a new team member to manager Business Development to further company growth initiatives in Commercial and Retail Development.

Evergreen – CenterPoint Integrated Solutions is proud to welcome new team member Todd Phelps. Mr. Phelps’s role fills the company’s growing need for a Business Development Manager. His passion is to identify opportunities for the clients’ success, coupled by his ability to nurture each relationship to its fullest extent, creates a level of trust not found in many industries. This entrepreneurial spirit fueled by his experience with entitlements, contract negotiation and construction management are specialties that will contribute to the success of CenterPoint’s current commercial and retail endeavors, as well as future projects.

A MBA graduate with a degree in International Management and undergraduate degree in International Studies, Mr. Phelps’s played a critical role in the strategy, entitlement and project management of over 75 Franchisee groups for the 7-eleven and Great Clips throughout the South Central US. Additionally, he had complete oversight of all real estate objectives on the Corporate and Franchisee levels for GOLFTEC. There he managed all aspects of market analysis, territory planning, site identification and selection, plus financial modeling. He was instrumental in managing the opening of 40+ new store opening in the US within one year. And his success doesn’t end there. Most recently, his creation of the Bizantu mobile application allows Brokers, Retailers, property managers, landlords and owners to be more effective at managing their real estate and stakeholders. Mr. Phelps’s vast real estate development management experience along with his knowledge of business solutions management, is a favorable asset for CenterPoint in the future.
