CenterPoint Integrated Solutions is proud to welcome new team member, JohnThatcher. Mr. Thatcher’s role fills the company’s growing need for a new Development Manager. His experience with entitlements, feasibility and due diligence, are specialties that will contribute to CenterPoint’s current and future engineering and project management endeavors.
A graduate from Iowa State University with a degree in Urban Planning, Mr. Thatcher played a critical role in the site development management of several Kum and Go Convenience Stores throughout theMidwest. There he managed all aspects of the entitlement and due diligence process, while supervising engineers, architects and vendors on the project from preliminary concepts to completion. He was also instrumental in consulting with key government officials to develop strategy for successful zoning and entitlement approval for existing and future site locations. His creation of the Ground-Up DevelopmentDatabase proved to be valuable in tracking and developing cost effective measures for each project. Mr.Thatcher’s vast project management experience along with his knowledge of database management, is a favorable asset for the CenterPoint team and their clients.
