CenterPoint Integrated Solutions Completes Carquest Store in Summit County
Silverthorne, CO – Project Management/Civil Engineering firm, CenterPoint Integrated Solutions has completed the relocation of an existing Carquest auto parts store from an existing building to a new location in Summit County, Colorado. The $2M Carquest retail facility situated on a half-acre site occupies a new 5,940 square foot building located on Highway 9 in Silverthorne, Colorado.
CenterPoint Integrated Solutions performed entire due diligence, entitlement, civil engineering design, design and project management, permitting, and construction management for the project. The new Carquest facility had their grand opening celebration November 2nd.
Under CenterPoint’s project management and team selection process the design and construction team included: Breckenridge based, bhh Partnership, MEP was provided by DMCE Engineering in Lakewood, EV Studio based in Denver provided Structural Engineering, the General Contractor was Silverthorne based Mountain Builders, survey provided by Range West in Frisco and Westminster based PSI was the Environmental/Geotechnical consultant on the property.
Through team collaboration and focused scheduling the new CARQUEST facility was fast-tracked through the entitlement, permitting and construction process with Town of Silverthorne, Summit Co, CDOT, and Lake Dillon Fire-Rescue. The project was managed by CenterPoint President, Greg Toler and Project Manager Heath Kennedy from their Evergreen, Colorado office.
