Greg Toler
Principal
Principal Greg Toler has been a real estate entrepreneur for nearly 14 years. His background includes construction management and civil engineering projects varying in size from 35 million to 300 million to date. His career began as a project engineer for UPS where he was on the award winning team for the UPS World Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. From there, Greg was the Director of Development for a large national industrial real estate developer.
After completing his MBA from Georgia State University, his vision of creating a real estate development company became reality. Greg saw a need to create a company which bridges the gap between client owners / developers and their subcontractors. He knew that by managing the entire development process he could deliver the best possible results.
To better serve the needs of our clients our company is divided into two service sectors.
